At Laharfi, we want our customers to feel valued and to gain a tangible sense of the passion, care, and attention to detail with which all of our products are produced. We have formulated our values as a business around our own experiences as dog lovers and owners who know the importance of being able to provide for our pets as we would for our children. We hope this comes through in the way we serve you, and in the products you purchase from us. Our policies are detailed below. Please have a look through these FAQs, and feel free to contact us if there is anything else you need to know.

What is your returns policy?

We are proud of every item we sell. If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please do contact us. We’re here to help.

When it comes to wearables, our policy is that if the product is faulty, damaged upon arrival or not manufactured to your satisfaction, we will of course offer a full refund. We accept items for return that are unused and are in new condition.

We offer full refunds for items that are returned within 30 days of original shipping date.

We offer store credit for items received 31 to 60 days from original shipping date.

We are unable to accept any returns after 60 days.

As for edible products, we are unable to accept any returns due to health and safety regulations. 

We will only be able to accept returns on edibles if the product itself is faulty, incorrect or damaged on arrival. In such cases, the packaging must not be opened, and should eb returned in the condition you received it.

Please contact us before returning any parcels.

Please note that we cannot refund shipping costs. Customers are responsible for paying return and exchange shipping, the only exception to this is in the case that we sent an incorrect or damaged item, in which case we will provide a complimentary return label.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Please allow between three to five working days for your order to arrive.

How can I track my order?

Once shipped, you will receive an email that will contain your tracking number with the relevant courier, and details on how to track your order online. Using this tracking number, you will be able to keep an eye on your parcel until it arrives.

What if my package is delayed?

Sometimes packages may experience carrier delays which are beyond our control. For packages that appear to be lost in transit, our policy is that if a package has not been delivered or shown any updates within a 10-day period of the last courier activity, we will issue a replacement item or offer store credit.

What if my tracking number says it’s delivered, but I haven't received it?

When packages appear to be missing, it’s usually down to one of the following reasons: 

  • One of your neighbours has taken it in
  • The package has been delivered to your property, but is in a different place from where you would usually expect a delivery to be left (for example, if you were not home, a courier might hide it somewhere he/she strongly believes is a safe place)
  • The courier may have marked the package as delivered prematurely (ie: a few minutes before they have actually delivered it).

The majority of the time, one of the above situations provides the explanation. Our policy is that if a package has not been delivered or shown any updates within a 10-day period of the last courier activity, we will issue a replacement item or offer store credit.

Can I exchange an item?

We are unable to offer exchanges, however you can return any item so long as it is new and unused. We will offer you a refund, and then by all means you can order the item you would prefer.

How do I care for my Laharfi products?

Dog leashes: The nylon used in our rope leashes is naturally dirt and stain resistant. If your leash gets dirty, we recommend hand-washing with warm soapy water and laying out to dry.

Dog collars: We recommend hand washing your collar to increase its longevity. Collars can also be washed in the dishwasher or machine washed in a laundry bag to prevent the buckle from scratching.

Where do you ship to?

Currently we only ship to the United Kingdom.
